The nose is layered with aromas of dark fruits, liquorice, black olive, and savoury, meaty undertones. On the palate, it has a soft, silky entry, with flavours of juicy dark fruits, blackberry, and anise, complemented by hints of liquorice. The tannin and acid profile is well-balanced, with prominent yet softening tannins. It finishes with a juicy, long length, making it an elegant and very enjoyable wine.
