PAYMENT

A 50% deposit is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation to secure the booking. Until the full rental deposit is received the owner has the right to re-let the property. Full payment plus a $1000 bond will be due 30 days prior to your stay. The bond will be paid back to tenants as soon as (usually within 48 hours) the property has been checked by property management for any breakages, damage or extra cleaning charges caused by the guests. Management will notify the guest in writing prior to debiting any charges.

CANCELLATIONS

Reservations cancelled more than 30 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will forfeit all monies paid unless another reservation is taken during the same period.

NUMBER OF GUESTS

If the number of guests exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or agreed with the owners in advance in writing, fees will apply. No parties or larger group gatherings allowed.

CHECK IN AND OUT

The check in time is after 3pm and check out time is 11am on weekends and 10 am on weekdays. Early check in and late check out may be available in agreement with the owner. A small fee of $95 will be charged for early check in or late check out.

REGISTRATION AND ACCESS

The guest responsible for the booking must register with Milla’s Vineyard by phone or SMS at least 24 hours before check in. The guest will then be given the property access code.
