Privacy Policy
Milla’s Vineyard Estate recognises the importance of privacy protection, and is subject to, and abides by, the provision of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (“Act”).
What information is collected?
The personal information Milla’s Vineyard Estate collects includes name, address, telephone number/s, email address and information required for order processing and payment. We may also collect information concerning preferred wine type/s or other related products or services.
How do we collect your personal information?
We collect your personal information through a range of sources including the booking requests, account and sign in forms. Also, through the sign up forms for news, contact and information you provide over the telephone.
What happens if you don’t provide personal information?
If you can’t or won’t provide the personal information required, we may not be able to provide you with information, products or services you wish to buy or receive.
How do we use your personal information?
Milla’s Vineyard Estate may use your personal information for a range of purposes including:
- To provide you with information you request about the products or services we offer through newsletters and direct marketing.
- To process and obtain payment for products or services you order from Milla’s Vineyard Estate.
- If necessary, to verify your identity or age (i.e. over 18).
- To contact you for direct marketing and promotional purposes including providing you with information about new products or services, events, functions and special offers.

House Rules
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require the following policies to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state these conditions. Variations to the following policies may only be made by prior agreements with the owner in writing.
All facilities on Milla’s Vineyard Estate are available only to the guests who are booked and paid for. Please review our terms and conditions around this and our requirements to comply with NSW regulations for short term rentals.
Number of guests should NOT exceed the number stated on the confirmation notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
Holding parties, BBQ’s or any type of function whereby extra people are invited onto the property is not allowed and by doing so may cancel your booking and forfeit your security deposit. If you are intending inviting day guests, you must receive prior agreement in writing. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate is not including any extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in additional payments.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental. No music should be played outside of the house and any music or noise must be kept to a minimum after 11pm. In circumstances where we get complaints from neighbours, the police will be called.
Smoking
This is a non smoking home. In the event you wish to smoke please do outside and use the sand pots provided for your cigarette butts.
Pool
The pool is for use of house guests only.
- Please ensure that children are supervised at all time when inside the enclosed pool area.
- This property is on tank water so we would appreciate no jumping in the pool to conserve the water supply.
- No glass should be in the pool area – plastic glasses are provided in the kitchen area.
- Do not use soap or any other forms of detergent in the pool.
- Do not climb up or onto any portion of the fencing around the pool area.
- People wearing contact lenses should remove them prior to entering the pool.
- Do not use the pool when under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Owners of Milla’s Vineyard Estate take no responsibility for accidents or injuries sustained while using the pool.
BBQ
We supply clean BBQ facilities. If you use the BBQ please ensure that it is cleaned and that the gas has been turned off before you leave. If we need to clean the BBQ then a $100 charge will be deducted from the security bond for cleaning.
Departure
The property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Please ensure all windows and doors are locked, the air conditioners are turned off and fire screens are in place. Please note that any excess cleaning or damage caused by the guest will be charged for. Property management will notify the guest in writing prior to debiting any charges.
